What is Lowes Foods fresh rewards?
Lowes Foods fresh rewards is designed to provide rewards and benefits to our loyal customers. Members earn fresh rewards Cash coupons that can be redeemed for discounts on Lowes Foods purchases.

How do I earn fresh rewards?
The more you spend, the more you earn! Members earn "Loyalty" Rewards at varying levels based upon total purchases in the preceding calendar quarter. Levels are reset each quarter. Though not all customers will reach the minimum level required to earn Loyalty Rewards (an average of $50 per week in purchases), all customers are eligible to earn Promotional Rewards. Promotional Rewards vary, and are offered on fresh rewards promoted products. Every time your fresh rewards balance reaches $5.00 in value, you will be issued a fresh rewards Cash coupon worth $5.00 off of a future transaction.

How do I redeem fresh rewards?
Simply present your fresh rewards Cash coupon during a future purchase to redeem your fresh rewards. There is no limit to the number of fresh rewards Cash coupons that can be redeemed in a transaction.

When I receive a fresh rewards Cash coupon, when does it expire?
Fresh Reward Cash coupons expire 30 days from the date they are printed for you at the store. You will see the expiration date on the coupon, so be sure to use it by that date.

Will I need to present my fresh rewards card at check-out to earn fresh rewards?
Yes, or you may ask the Lowes Foods cashier to look up your account using the phone number provided at the time of enrollment.

Can I use my fresh rewards card at any Lowes Foods store?
Yes. fresh rewards cards and fresh rewards Cash coupons are valid at any Lowes Foods location.

Do all of my purchases count toward my fresh rewards?
Most items count toward fresh rewards. The following purchases are excluded: wine, beer, prescriptions, fuel, taxes, services, gift cards and lottery.

How can I check my fresh rewards?
Simply present your fresh rewards card to any Lowes Foods cashier and request your balance.

What special offers and deals can I receive as a member of the fresh rewards program?
The fresh rewards program is designed to give you offers that are tailored to you. In addition to fresh rewards that you can earn, we will send you special offers. You may also choose specific areas that interest you so that we know what special offers you would appreciate the most. Areas of interest include Pets, Dietary Concerns, Families on the Go, and more.

How do I receive special offers?
Special offers will be sent by email. A valid email address is required in order to receive special offers.

I have less than $5.00 in qualifying purchases. Can I still redeem my fresh rewards Cash coupon?
Yes. However, any difference in the purchase amount and the value of the coupon will be forfeited.

When I receive a special offer, how can I use it?
Terms and conditions will be provided with each offer to indicate how and where it can be used.

Can I give my fresh rewards Cash coupons to someone else to use?
fresh rewards and offers are based on your purchases and can only be redeemed by you. Please encourage your friends and family to enroll in the program at their closest Lowes Foods store.

Can I use multiple fresh rewards Cash coupons at once?
Yes. There is no limit to the number of fresh rewards Cash coupons that can be redeemed in a single transaction.

Can I redeem my fresh rewards Cash coupons at any Lowes Foods store?

I received a fresh rewards Cash coupon, but I lost it. Can it be replaced?
No. fresh rewards Cash coupons are treated as though they are cash. Lost fresh rewards Cash coupons cannot be replaced.

My friend received a special offer and I didn't. Why?
fresh rewards is designed to provide special offers to members based on their shopping history and selected areas of interest. Use your fresh rewards card each time you shop and make sure that we have your correct email address.

How do I enroll in fresh rewards?
You may enroll at our in-store kiosk or online at www.lowesfoods.com/rewards. Please visit your Lowes Foods store to request an enrollment brochure and card prior to enrolling.

What information do I have to provide to enroll in the fresh rewards program?
The information requested in the enrollment process is designed to maximize the benefits that you will receive from the fresh rewards program. A valid mailing address and/or email address are required in order to be eligible to earn Loyalty Rewards. Additionally, providing a phone number allows our cashiers to easily look up your fresh rewards account if you ever forget your card.

Can I add family members to my fresh rewards account?
Yes. Please visit the Customer Service desk at your Lowes Foods store, the in-store enrollment kiosk, or the enrollment site at www.lowesfoods.com/rewards for instructions.

How will you use my personal information?

I have a fresh rewards Cash coupon that is expired, or will expire soon, but I want to use it on a purchase. Can you extend it or re-issue it?
Once a fresh rewards Cash coupon is expired, it cannot be extended or re-issued.

I lost my fresh rewards card. What do I do?
Please visit the Customer Service desk at your Lowes Foods store and we will be happy to issue a new card and link it to your existing account.

Can I receive fresh rewards if I shop with reusable bags?
Yes. We provide $0.05 in fresh rewards for each reusable bag used during a shopping trip.

How can you tell when it uses the coupons you add to your card? I went Sunday and I had a lot of manufacures coupons also, but I could not tell if it used my Rewards Coupons.

If you go to the site and look at the INstasave page it says how much you have saved all year and when your last transaction was that used them.

Yesterday I looked at mine and I had saved $32 so far this year...I used the 2 eagle condensed milk so mine should have gone up today $1.00.

You can also look on your receipt. Under the item it will say something like Instasave -$1.00. Also at the bottom of the receipt it will say YOUR SAVINGS TODAY reg coupons, double coupons, rewards savings and instasave total.

Some of them have a limit - they should (repeat, should but don't always) put it in the ad if there is - they had a limit of 4 on the McCormick deal late last year. IMO most of the deals aren't good enough that they need a limit!

CS told me.." Only $20.00 FRC per deal". I guess they learned their lesson after the McCormick deal.

And you're right - most of the deals are pretty meh. But I have $2 Qs for the NyQuil, so I can get 2/$5 and get $2 back on top of it. Once I get the 2 FRC (and bag credits) it'll put me over the $5 threshold to get a FRC coupon printed out.
