I know this is a little late notice, but it's not my fault.

Lowes Foods has their Lay's Potato Chips B1G1 this week, and the sale ends today - July 7th. The sale price for 1 bag is $1.53. LF also just put a $1/1 Instasave up on the Instasave site. So...$.53 a bag.

The instasave also says you can use the discount 4 times:

Well, the instasave doesn't expire until 8/31. I'm sure they will have a good sale before they expire.
