FYI OUTDATED - Lowes Foods Coupon Policy (Updated 3/26/07)

Here is the latest info from customer service regarding their coupon policies. I live in the Charlotte, NC area so ymmv.

    *********************************************

Below is our coupon policy for everyday:

    1. Coupon must be in date. Please check the expiration dates on your coupons before
presenting them to your cashier. This will speed up you checkout time.
    2. No substitutions or rain checks. The item must be the same size and flavor specified on
    the coupon.
    3. Only one coupon may be redeemed per item. Lowes Foods will double up to four of
the same manufacturer coupon. This will help us remain in stock so that all our
customers have a chance to purchase the product.
    4. Manufacturers' coupons will be doubled up to and including 60¢ face value. All
coupons above 60¢ face value will be redeemed at face value only.

    5. Maximum amount redeemed on a single item will be $1.20 or the entire retail of the
item, whichever is less. Sales tax is paid by the customer.
    6. Manufacturers' coupons only.

    Our Triple Coupon Policy:
No mimimum spending requirement in your area.
Up to 99 cent face value.
    Up to 20 coupons
    Lowes Rewards Card Required
    No Cash Back

We hope this will assist you in using coupons at your local store.

If you have further questions our Customer Care Center can be contacted toll-free at 888-537-8646 M-F 8am-6pm or Sat. 8am - 4pm.

Hi nurse6030!! Welcome to our little Lowes Foods forum.

I'm not sure what the policy is in the Hickory area. My guess is that it would be similar to Charlotte. I'll try sending an email to customer service this week to see if I can find out anything definite.

I'm also going to post your question in this forum so that other Lowes shoppers in that area can help you out.

I'm in the Charlotte area and my Lowes just doubled a .70 coupon. The above says they only double up to .60. Does anyone know the amt they double in Charlotte? I'm new to Lowes, thanks!

They double up to .99 in most places now. Policy changed about 2 months ago, I think. They also removed the minimum purchase requirement in most areas. It used to be $35 here (Winston-Salem) but now there's no minimum and they double up to .99. HTH

Sorry, we don't have a mod right now and so this hasn't been changed from the policy the last mod added. I did add this thread a couple of months ago. Hope this helps,
