i do not know how long this sale lasts, but they have the scott xtra soft mega roll 4 pk on sale for $2.99 . they have a 65 cent coupon in the blinkies that doubles to $1.30. so you get the 4 pk mega roll for $1.69 each.

Not sure if the blinkies at Lowes will double as they start with a 9, but the same blinkies are a Food Lion and Walgreens and they will double as they start with a 5.
