Not your typical brag! Overnight get away

I like to see brags about grocery and drug store buys but I also like so see other ones for the not so typical stuff...
Here is mine...

Last Sept I decided hubby and I would go to a Bed and Breakfast for our anniversary in Nov. I found a deal buy $250 worth of GC and get a free $50 at Bedandbreakfast.com...I did that and purchased them through ebates, got my 6% back plus got another 6% back when I actually booked it (paid with my gc)...

Well I decided I would like to get away a few days ago with hubby just an overnight. He was complaining about work so I though why not look....Well, I looked on Kayak for B+Bs and it took me to Bedandbreakfast.com and I found one for $84 a night during the week (It is always cheapest to go then) in Valle Crucis in the NC Mountains. When I went to the site I remembered I still had $22 and change on my last gift card. They also have a deal going where if you book before March 31st you get $25 off...I went through ebates for my 5% (they lowered it) back. It cost me $46 to book it and we got a 2 course gourmet breakfast...Not to mention a free upgrade (normally $129 a night) in our room when we got there!
We went to Carrabba's on the way there and used a $10 off your meal wyb a meal of equal or lesser value...That cost us $30 including tip.
We got milkshakes on the way there (what diet?) $5.15 went to Bojangles for Lunch (aren't french fries diet food?) $10.78 and went to Mast General Store Annex and spent $15.15 on candy and a sign for our front door. We also did a hike to a waterfall that was 1/4 of a mile up the road from our B+B (FREE!).
Total oop $107.08

BUT WAIT!!!
When we got to the B+B it was about 7:30pm...she checked us in and as we were going up stairs she says "Oh here is a paper." She had to cut the bundle to give it to me....I go upstairs and open it and what do I find? This past Sundays Smart Source coupons! These papers are free. I get all excited as these papers are free. I go back down stairs and I take a few coupons out of the stack since only 2 rooms are booked this weekend anyway, and there are 30+ papers there....Well I look under the stack and what do I find? LAST WEEKS PAPERS that there was at least 25 of! I took a bunch of those coupons out too, and yes still left several.

So depending on how I work this, this weekend could have just paid for itself since we have double coupons normally up to $.99 and next week for 7 days we have super doubles up to $1.98! I normally just get one paper and some leftovers from a neighbor.
