fabulous finds at an auction

Am I the only one that enjoys going to estate auctions? If not I would love to read your fabulous finds!
This weekend I got the following:
a coach purse, a Kathy Van Zeeland purse, along with a pile of other purses including a nice Nike backpack
heavy, heavy clay pumpkins 2 of them(great for fall,halloween and thanksgiving)
panasonic luminix digital camera
pyrex lasagna dishx2
3 plants in very, very nice heavy pots
6 waverly pillows that are gorgeous
3 big boxes of bubble wrap
americana flag wall hanging
yard ornament
a very nice lines'n things bedspread, bedskirt, 2 pillows and 2 shams
nice lined baseball print curtains for the boys room

all for $48

I've never been to one personally, but my aunt goes to them all the time. She finds some amazing bargains!

One hot mama, I tried to pm you but my computer has been really acting up. Usually auctions are advertised online, in newspapers, bulletin boards,etc. Day of auction you register at the cashier's desk and recieve a number. When the auctioneer starts the bidding if he doesn't recieve a bid right away he will lower the starting bid. Just sit back and watch a couple of items get sold. It's really simple. If you want to bid hold up your number. Be sure and keep track of everything that you won, so when your ready to leave you can compare it with the cashier's list of what you owe.
Most auctions take cash, personal check, cashier's check(for large purchases) major credit cards. Please ask if you have anymore questions.
Beware its really fun and addicting.
