We LOVE our Publix too. And really, I've never been to a "bad" one.

Please share your feedback on their website. It only takes a second, and it really means a lot to them. I got a phone call from the store manager thanking me, and letting me know they posted my comments in the break room, and how much they appreciated it...he went on and on about it. It was SO nice...not that I'd expect anything less.

Good customer service is so rare these days, it's worth taking a minute out of your day to encourage it!
