Do these say anything about only redeemable at Long's?

No, they say manufacturer coupon, I used two at Rite Aid today on BOGO Banana Boat, got two bottles for $2 and there is a $5 rebate wyb 2, and I used four of the Dr. Pepper coupons at Vons, I got 18 bottles for $14 they had b3g3 free and I used b3 get 1 free coupons on top of it...
neither store had any issue with the coupons at all.
