There's a limit of two for the following, up to 8 free:

Crest Whitening Expressions 4.6 to 6 oz
1.99 – 1.00 mir – 1.00 mfr = - 0.01

Crest Nature’s Expression 6 oz
1.99 – 1.00 mir – 1.00 mfr = - 0.01

Crest Pro-Health 4.2 oz
