I love pumpkin...anything with pumpkin (except pumpkin pie and pumpkin cheesecake). I love pumpkin bread, muffins, bars, cookies, etc etc.

I always stock up in December. They always seem to get too much extra in, and then clearance it out. I got 25+ cans at good ol' Wally World for 10¢/can this year.
