I've heard so much talk about the sales cycles, even tried my hand at a watch list so to speak, with great failure I might add. this is FANTASTIC thank you so much for taking the time to post this...I've only been a member of this site for under an hour and I've already learnt more then I researched in the last month...This site is AWESOME!!!

Read the very first page of this thread. It tells you what months to look out for what you can find cheap and stock up on during that month.
