Frugal Birth Control Method

Hi,
Do you have any suggestions on frugal, safe way of birth control. We have been using condoms all the time. Never have any idea/thought of other methods. Any suggestions?

Hi! Welcome to HCW, by the way! Condom coupons come out from time to time, and I would say you could certainly save some money on your current method by using the coupons. Maybe write to the companies and ask if they would send you a coupon as well. Sometimes they do :)

durex puts out $2/1 once in awhile and usually they can be used on the 3 pack at walmart for 1.97 :)

I don't know your circumstances but I have been off of BC since I started having my babies eight years ago. A few months ago I decided I was done (after baby three) and am back on the pill. I was stunned to see how much the script was, even just for my copay. I seriously think that I am going to look into getting my tubes tied. I figure the copay for the surgery can't be more than long term use of the pill. (Of course, that wouldn't be an option if you aren't done with kids yet.)

you can go to the health dept and get them free if you qualify(condoms or b/c).Also durex puts out a mag with coupons.Last but not least you could check stock pile sales maybe there will be some HCWer who is selling super cheap b/c they were free.Laugh not I have seen this at a sale in the city.
