I am reading 10,001 Ways to Live Large on a Small Budget by the writers of wise bread. ISBN-10: 1-60239-704-x or ISBN-13: 978-1-60239-704-0. It is mainly made up of bloggers that are frugal. I checked it out at the library, but I can't wait to look for the books you all suggested. THANKS!!

i seem to find some sort of book at goodwill to read. the tightwad gazette is still my favorite. i have another large book (i mean big) called "country living"...which pretty much tells you how to grow just about anything, raise animals and build cages/pens for them and how to make food items.

The Hard Times Handbook by Sarah Autry.
Lots of recipes. There are tips on how to "stretch" food, and a few recipes that one can use if they have only a small amount of food/ingredients.
In fact, the first half of the book is about food.
I splurged and bought a copy on Amazon. It is about twenty-eight dollars...I would recommend checking it out from the library.
I borrowed this one from the library:
How to Shop for Free: Shopping Secrets for Smart Women Who Love to Get Something for Nothing by Kathy Spencer and Samantha Rose
And what I liked most was that it went into some detail about couponing at mall stores like Gymboree.
Problem I have found with most of the books is how quickly the coupon world changes - which is why an online resource (gee such as this one!) is more helpful.
