Kroger (Texas/Louisiana) ~ Manf. Coupon: Kroger Card Loadable Coupon sites and discussion!

Has anyone else had problems, when they load the coupons - they load fine but when I purchase the item, it doesn't take it off. I have the 10% senions discount applied to my card for all Kroger items that I buy. I wonder if this is messing it up. Because I constantly load coupons to my card, but when I purchase the item, it never takes it off... not once. I am certain I am purchasing the right items for the coupons before they expire. I have asked customer service about it - they know nothing about it - didn't even know you could load coupons to your Kroger card so I got nowhere with that... Just trying to figure it out -anyone else have any issues?

I am sure you have done this but just making sure that you have double checked your card number on your loadable site and make sure it matches.

My mom has the senior discount on her card and has no issues with the loadables... Are you signed up for the Kroger website? Only reason I ask is a good way to know the card number you're inputting is working is on their site you can view your fuel points. Or, if you know the phone number linked to your card you could try deleting your card on cellfire/shortcuts/etc and putting the card on your account with your phone number under alternate id and see if that works instead? Well, on shortcuts you could even just try adding it as another card. Hope that made sense, it's late...

When I had several items that didn't come off my receipt I e-mailed a "dispute" to shortcuts and they credited my card the amount right away. I had gone to the customer service booth before and they too refunded me in cash, it was several dollars worth, but I felt bad doing that, like I'd mess up their bookkeeping or something. Cellfire discounts always come off!

Seems like SC has always been "iffy" on coming off, but thought they'd gotten better ... do as previous posters suggested -- apparently CF has correct card number, might check SC and be sure you typed it in correctly.
And, if you haven't already, call the number on back of your card anyway and tell them you want to be on coupon mailing list (just because you have the card and/or are signed on their website doesn't mean you're getting the home-mailers they send out) ... might also mention problem with digital coupons (their term) not coming off regularly and see if they can get you to that department so they can verify card info, etc.

BTW, I agree -- Sr. Cit. discount doesn't affect whether loadables come off or not!

Be careful ... when you read the "more" part, it says 28ct or 42 ct, even though when you print it after selecting, it says ANY ... wrote and told them they need to correct one of them ... AND on the Excedrin (prints out "any ONE 80ct or larger" but "more" part says 100ct or gel 80ct)
