Kroger (Texas/Louisiana) ~ Manf. Coupon: Kroger Card Loadable Coupon sites and discussion!

Hello,

I have recently entered the world of saving money through coupons and smarter shopping! Well, for myself anyhow...MANY memories of my mom doing it, lol.

I have a couple questions about pre-loaded coupons on my Kroger card, and any help would be appreciated!!

1. Do all the pre-loaded sites double up on savings?
Example: I have a pre-load coupon and a "clipped" paper coupon for th same item. Will I get double the savings?? I heard the P&Gesaver coupons allow you to do that! But I am just not clear on it. Plus, I have tried to understand all the savings on my reciept but it is difficult when you are new at this.

2. Has anyone else had problems being given credit for the pre-loaded coupons?? I load them and print the list so I get the correct items. But when I looked at my "redeemed section" online, NONE of the coupons are being taken off of my card?? I contacted Kroger Plus Card directly, but their customer service is really shaddy! The woman took my email and card info down, then said she was going to email my issue over to the people who deal with that sort of thing! I would be hearing by email or phone about my issue! Well, that was over a month ago and I have yet to hear anything!

I can help answer your first question.

In short, yes, you can use both a paper coupon and an e-coupon and both will come off your order.
For example: (*note: my store (Kroger) doubles coupons .50 & under)

When purchasing package of 6 roll or larger Charmin toilet paper, I can use:
1. Paper coupon for .25 off 1 (doubles to .50 off)
2. P & G E-coupon for $1.00 off any one Charmin 6 roll or larger

Usually, the E-coupons come off first. I use a self-checkout and when I finish scanning everything and go to pay, that's when the e-coupons come off. Then, I give my paper coupons to the clerk and they scan those.
Thus far, I haven't had any problems using both coupons together.

As far as question 2...can't help ya there. My Qs come off the card within a week of redemption.

These are new loadables on CF, all the ones I saw available on SC, and the current ones (I could) load from Fall Savings ... I don't "do" upromise (or others besides these), there may be some there, as well!

BTW, CF had some Gladware and maybe something else for Randall's loadable, but not for Kroger ... you might want to check!
