I want to make sure i understand this correctly:

Say I loaded a .50/1 warm delights q to my kroger card and then I go to Kroger and give them a paper q for .50/1. Will my paper q double which would give me a grand total of $1.50 off of 1 warm delight?

If this is the case then I plan on spending a few DAYS in Kroger!

i'm pretty upset w/shortcuts right now. After further inspection of my receipts today, i noticed that alot of my loaded q's did'nt come off, like 6.00 worth between 2 transactions. I sent in my dispute and they're only adding 1.00 to my card stating that i have exceeded my dispute limit so i only get partial reimbursement. WHAT? why is that on MY head? has this happened to anyone else?

Yes, after looking over mine i noticed my loadable did not come off. i loaded them hours before shopping. i also noticed i didnt get my extra $4.00 off from buying certian items.

I just thought of this. If you load a coupon on your Kroger card and then "use" that coupon by buying the product, can you then go back and load the same coupon again? Sorry but I'm kind of new to the loadable thing.

Sadly, the answer is no ... but, if it doesn't come off the first time you buy the products (and sometimes they don't) you can buy the product again in another transaction and it might come then ... I've learned not to assume they are going to come off, but if they create overages, I still have enough items to cover any overage. If they come off, whooppee! If they didn't, I'm usually only out a couple dollars.

So, one use. Have extra cash in case they don't come off as planned. If they create overages, have the additional $$ amount in order to cover the overage (usually NOT a problem when I shop)!

Right now, SC is being a pain about refunding loaded Qs that didn't redeem ... working on seeing what can be done about that!

Cellfire hint: Be cautious as to what card you load to FIRST! If you load all the coupons to Randalls, they will not be available to load to Kroger so choose wisely.
I hope to hit up Randalls today for some price checks since there are many duplicates of cellfire and shortcuts. Might make for some freebies *****End ZM EDIT
