Kroger (Texas/Louisiana) ~ Manf. Coupon: Kroger Card Loadable Coupon sites and discussion!

Last night, I wrote Bringing Hope to the Table and asked how many Qs could be loaded onto card AND when they would be having new loadables. This is their response:

"Thank you for contacting the 'Bringing Hope to the Table' program help
center.

You can load up to 50 coupons onto your card. This includes coupons from
other coupon programs that allow you to load coupons onto your card.

This program ends on 6/27/2009."

I haven't looked on Kroger's site, so I don't know if they misunderstood or if the program IS ending 6/27/09. ... Just thought I would give a heads up in case it is.

I believe this was a one time only loadable site, so I believe they are correct to say it ends 6-27.
i need to email and tell them my pop tarts coupon didn't come off.

Help! I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place...
I'm a newbie and I just went to Kroger expecting several loadables to be taken off my order. I didn't look until I got home, but NONE of them did--from Cellfire, Shortcuts, or P&G. The only thing I think that I might have done wrong was I gave the cashier my phone number at the beginning of the transaction instead of actually scanning my card. Will that cause the loadable not the be taken off??? I was given the card price on everything. Anybody know how I find out why they didn't come off. They worked at Randalls. TIA!

I had to give my phone number and I thought they hadn't been taken off. Check the whole receipt. Mine were somewhere in the middle. HTH

Nope. They are absolutely, positively not there. I couldn't find anybody to talk to at Kroger (there wasn't anybody in the Courtesy booth!) so I filed a dispute on Shortcuts and Cellfire. Haven't heard anything from Cellfire, but Shortcuts sent me an email within 10 minutes and said they added cash to my wallet and the next time I used my card, the 3.65 would come off the order. I tried again a few hours later with my card (and BC fruit snacks-one of the things I bought earlier) and the -.50 showed up. Maybe my phone number isn't linked right to my card or something. I don't know. The funny thing is both receipts show my customer number at the top of the receipt. Live an learn! I'll be using my card for now on!

ANyone else having problems with the Unilever site. I've registered but they keep saying that there are no stores participating in my area. I've changed the zip code and still the same message. Any suggestions?:shrug7:

it said that to me also but still let me load the coupons to my card.
