I'm from WA and will be visiting in Houston next week...the addresses of the Kroger stores you mentioned mean nothing to me. My daughter lives fairly close to Rice - which Kroger store in that area is coupon friendly?
We don't have Kroger stores here in the Seattle area but Kroger owns two stores here (QFC and Fred Meyer.) I know I can use my shopping cards from these stores to get the sale prices at Kroger (and I get reward points at my home store) but does anyone know if using my cards from home will mean that coupons at Kroger will not automatically double or triple? (Our stores don't have doubling and tripling.)

I imagine that if the card works to get the sale price, it will also work to get allow your coupons to double/triple
It is obviously triggering your a customer, so you should be good to go.
One of the other members will have to assist you on your specific store question as I don't shop that area of town
