The coupon is $.40/1 and Kroger had it 10/$10. I don't know if it will continue into next week but just got a raincheck at Albies since they had it for $.69 and since it doubles there it's a MM.

In some places Walmart had the Frank's for 88 cents but not true in my neck of the woods. Kroger has the smaller sizes with the smaller price tag:

Old time herbalists Dr. Christopher and Dr. Schulze advocated cayenne tincture in a hot tea in instance of heart attack or stroke. The herb has a contradictory action in that it promotes circulation and also stops bleeding which I've witnessed from personal experience.

I gave up on my summer garden this year with the triple digit temps and the drought but anxious to start again this fall. You're right, they are easy to grow and better than anything commercially prepared.

Found two different Nivea Lip Care products on close out at Krogers today. The Recovery Healing Lip Care and Moisture Essential Lip Care were both marked down to $1.49. Used the $3.00/2 coupons from 7-31-11 RP to get them for free.
