Kroger Doubles/Triples

I will be notifying management.... but we can all write to management or corporate - it will fall on deaf ears.... the only thing they will hear is the bottom line...sales. If those aren't affected... they won't care.

Oh I did.

I knew it was the writing on the wall when that stupid &%$#!! TLC show aired, featuring Kroger.

Way to ruin it for us those seeking their 15 minutes.

I'm in a different region, but I suspect it will eventually go corporate wide.


So let this be a lesson. No one volunteer for that show. It will bite us all in the ass in the end.

i blame EC 100%!!!! i too shop mostly at kroger for the D/T. without that even sale prices don't compete much with evil big box WM.

Maybe when ya'll send your letters to kroger send them the fabulous new coupon policy from Walmart. Walmart may not double coupons...but they'll give you overage in cash

I read this earlier today on ZM's blog and I think I have been depressed since. I love Kroger it's so much nicer than wal-mart or HEB, but in all honesty I can't justify shopping there unless I can double or triple coupons because it's just too expensive. When you can have an item that can be $1 dollar more than wal-mart I just can't see spending more not to have to deal with wal-mart. I would love to see this back fire on Kroger because I think it's BS. Like I said I am totally depressed about this!

I am hoping that will stay the same! It's great!! I still get the weird looks at Wal-mart with my coupons, but then again I gave up caring about that a long time ago

That really sucks... I'm going to miss my shopping day's at Krogers, but it wont be hard to stop going there once they quit Doubling/ Tripling coupons (even though its just down the street).

Most of their items are priced higher than the rest of the stores around us so the using the coupons made it easier to justify shopping there...lol

I really hope that everyone who says they are going to quit going there once this new policy goes into effect, actually quits going there. That's the only way they would consider bringing it back. (fingers crossed)
