stacking eQ's and manu Q's ????

I was told last week that I couldn't use an electronic coupon loaded on my Kroger card AND a manufacturer coupon. This was at the Sasche store does anyone know if this is a company policy or just this location?

Just curious.

To my knowledge it has technically been against company policy to stack them for a long time, although most Krogers turned a blind eye towards it until recently (past several months).

Given the fact that their enforcement of this has slowly spread from area to area, I wonder if they needed a software/register "upgrade" to detect when this was occurring - thats just speculation on my part though.

In any case, it's certainly not allowed now - you can check out the current TX/LA region coupon policy that MrsStunner posted earlier today. You have to be careful now what Qs you load onto your card - they will preferentially always take the eQ over the paper Q for a given item.

we have had notices in the kroger forums probably for a month now...my local kroger had a sign up stating this was policy starting march 1. of course the sign was up in may.

i believe it is nationwide now. expect more changes then just this at krogers. mine has changed to 2 like double and no more than 10 like in one order....
