Expired Of interest to Bryan/CS Kroger shoppers

There is another $10 off $50 coupon in today's Eagle. Good until Wednesday. That will come in handy when I take advantage of the $4 off 4 cleaning supplies on Tuesday. I am definitely stocking up for the end of coupons as we know it . . . sigh.

I tried the TX ave. HEB yesterday since I was in the neighborhood. That is not going to work as my "new" grocery store - way too expensive, way too easy to spend too much money on all the neat "Central Market" goodies. What are you other B/CS shoppers going to do as a Kroger replacement starting next week? All I can come up with is a double run to Village Foods and WM. Any other ideas?

not sure if you are losing your store. There are mixed reports on BCS being affected. First they said you were included and then they said no, might want to double check your stores because if you guys are still getting doubles, i will need to make nice with the inlaws and visit them more (we have to drive right through town, well around town but I have to have LAYNE's Soon to be world famous chicken fingers, lol)

Even though we live in Conroe DH and I do a day trip about once a month to College Station. I called last Thursday and was told Bryan/College Station was NOT effected by this coupon change.

We usually go to Olive Garden, I love this restaurant since it's bigger and way more friendlier than the one in Conroe. We will stop at Kroger, Petsmart and HEB. And with HEB we have learned to stick to our list and not stray. There is just way too much to stuff and we have walked out of there a good $150 over the plan of spending $50.
How much do I thee? Let me count the coupons

No sign at the Bryan Krogers on Tuesday - and quite a few shoppers using up their coupons. Maybe just C.S. will keep d/t coupons? Weird. I will be using my gas reward today - I was going to fill up yesterday but checked at the service desk and they said if I waited until the 13th or after, I will get .70 off a gallon due to my accumulated points from March. Okay then! However, without d/t, I will never have that many points again, so this will be a one-time bonus for me. I wonder why they did not wait until the end of the month to make this switch?

I received my Kroger ad this morning and in the ad it states that Kroger will take manufacture and digital coupons all at face value. I live in BCS and have been told yes, no, yes, and I even received a letter from Kroger stating no more doubles. I was in the Boonville store Sunday, finishing up my d/t coupons before they ended today, and they were announcing it over the speakers that Tuesday was the last day for d/t coupons. I have not been to the College Station stores in a while, so as of right now, I am in the dark. Don't know if they are d/t or not.

dd, don't feel bad -- store probably just as in dark as you ... this whole thing has been one huge ----- [well, trying to think of something I CAN say to describe it... ] al the way around. Kroger has handled this VERY POORLY, in more ways than one.

I was in the Boonville store last night and all coupons doubled and tripled just like always. I don't think BCS is going to be affected by this change, at least I hope not....
