daytona question

I never did the daytona before. Last sunday I did four groups of ten in one transaction. nothing printed. the girl looked at me and said, oh yeah, it's broken. you can go to the customer service. Went there and he printed me a single $3 cat from a preprinted scan number. So, was i supposed to get a total of 4 cats? or because I bought them all in one transaction, no? thanks....

You should have gotten $3 catalina for every 10 items purchased. I got 40 items and 4 cats printed. Be sure that your receipt has a + sign next to the items. Sometimes flavors or sizes count. I would definitely go back and get my other catalinas.

Yes you should have got 4 catalinas. If your store wont give them to you, call (877) 210-1917, option 1. Have your receipt ready, they will mail you your missing cats. :)
