Hi guys,

Just did a Daytona run @ Kroger and the customer service manager rang up my transaction. She informed me, effective today, we could use unlimited cats to pay down the bill, versus just the one.

She stated too many people had complained, so they changed the rule of just one per transaction. I'm not sure if this is only for our store, so you may want to check it out.......

ugh. a friend just called our store and they're still only allowing 1 at a time. My store is pretty crack headed though, hope more of you see a change in your stores!

All I can say is it helps to get to know your cashier, customer service managers, and store managers. While checking out today with one of my favorite cashier the CSM walks over to chat with me, and I tell her that she is gonna be seeing more of me than normal to use up all of the Daytona cats I have. She looks at the cashier and says take all of them she has I'll over ride, she got them all at one time, we're gonna wear out her shoes. The cashier takes two more cats (not all I had but my total was only $7.xx at this point) and looks back to CSM and says it took them no need to override. YEAH!

It would be nice if mine did that... But it doesnt bother me to break my orders up.....lol that should teach them to limit it like that...lol

Great news. I am not sure it wasn't just the customers that complained though. I have a feeling a bagger and a cashier at mine might have called too. =)

Great news! I sure didn't want to have to make so many trips and transactions in the next week and a half....gas prices won't allow it!
