I was wondering the same thing. Cart "Busters" was not overly thrilling for me, but then again looking at the Cinci ad I am not sure on March Madness either!!

I think I'm probably the one that was calling (and labeled) it "March madness" last year ... thinking Kroger called it "March to Savings" ... sorry. (March Madness probably actually refers to something else.)
