Problem loading Qs last week and today?

Is anyone else encountering this?

Account SHOWS have 132 Qs loaded on card ... go to load 7 more ... comes up "Your card has 147 Qs, ...blah, blah, you can only do 3 more"

I EVEN counted EVERY page to double-check -- there's 132 loaded on the card.
I had this problem last week, too, but thought with all the PG ones dropping off, it'd fix itself ... that's what I get for thinking, because it OBVIOUSLY didn't ... and that's AFTER I've already written and complained.

Just wondering if I'm really "special" or if any y'all are as "special" as me in having this problem?

[PS-- between this and the Chronicle not having the SS in several areas of town ... I'm really beginning to appreciate how folks go on rampages... enough is ENOUGH!]

I've encountered this problem before (gotten up to 172 loaded!), and it did eventually resolve with time (i.e., the "invisible" loaded Q's did eventually expire). I suspected these "extra" Qs are in fact from one (or more) of the other eQ sites like Shortcuts, Upromise, etc. but haven't figured out which one.

Were P&G and Kroger eQs the only ones you had loaded?

If you've got an eQ you've just got to have loaded, I've found the easiest short-term solution is to use the 'remove' link to remove Kroger eQs you are unlikely to use (and which are fairly easy to reload back on at a later date as they appear back in the selectable pages when removed). I realize that doesn't solve the underlying issue, but it will get you results faster than waiting for Kroger/Softcoin/whoever to help resolve it.

Glen, I also load for 2 other folks' cards that don't have any extras on their cards. I have Upromise on mine.
And, yes, you're solution will work short-term IF you're careful about what Qs you remove (maybe PG ones), as most of the others are only offered for a short time and are on a take-or-lose option.

(And, as for Upromise Qs loaded affecting # can load ... that didn't seem to affect earlier in January. )

All I know is this started (for me) on all 3 cards last week ... about the time the new CF came out AND the new game started.

I haven't even played the game ... what's the use if their computer can't figure out how many Qs I have loaded? and won't load anymore?

Oh, and when I called today, on my card (before I checked on Upromise--all expired yesterday on that, and I haven't loaded more yet), all I was told was, "well, it's probably because you have Upromise Qs loaded and those count toward the number you can load." THEN WHY DON'T THEY SHOW UP on my sheet when I "View Coupons"????????????? [don't expect answer on that ... just voicing irritation]
GGGGGrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr .... these people could make my Higher Power refuse to turn the other cheek!

Gonna try get Qs loaded on other cards tonight ... see if same problems on those ... AGAIN.

it is because Kroger does NOT show all the other sites loadables but does count them

Well, I have a different problem. It will not load P&G coupons. Even on their website. Says my card is not a valid Kroger number. Huh? It is. I have always loaded P&G coupons on it and now this?
