Don't know about the others, but I tried using Open Office for "word" part for sales ads ... google docs had less issues with c/p Qs, but, they may have improved it!

I've never tried Open Ofc spreadsheets ... apparently, they work well for you!!

If Goldie doesn't mind, her spreadsheet could be uploaded to google spreadsheets ... I would suggest keeping a "Master" copy that wasn't filled in except the column headings, so it could be easily updated with each sale ... and a link could be posted to the current sales sheet.

Then, people could print and/or download a copy if they wanted.

If this has been useful to several people, perhaps those people could spend some time typing, finding the Qs in the db, and posting! Doing that takes a LOT of time if only ONE person is doing it. It's much less time-consuming when it's a group effort!! (Maybe, as one person is typing ad, others can look for Q-matches?! Then, switch off who does what with the next sale!)

... Just offering suggestions for those interested.

Yeah, I'm a techie and an Excel spreadsheet junkie. Everything I do is in Excel, even Word Docs... I have a new laptop and Excel didn't come with it and I did not want to pay for it, so in the meantime I tried Open Office, and was SURE i would hate it since I LOVE Excel. Anyways, It's been almost 3 years now of using Open Office and I never had issues, and I don't feel the need to purchase Excel. This works fine. Not the same, but fine!
