25% - 35% off selected items ONLY at S. Richey Kroger (Houston)!

I went into kroger yesterday and saw a sign for 25%-35% off selected items, no items are marked in store so I grabbed what I needed and then checked out.. to my surprise alot of items on sale were also 25%-35% off ! (Sorry, don't know when the sale ends)
Here is what I got that had the additonal 25%-35% taken off::

Tyson frozen grilled chicken strips $6.99 - ($1.75 25%)
Kroger brand flour tortillas $1.49 - ($.37 25%)
Kroger brand fruit snacks $1.00 - ($.25 25%)
South Beach Living granola bars $3.29 - ($.82 25%)
Kroger brand dressing $1.19 - ($.30 25%)
Playtex tampons sport 18ct $4.48 - ($1.69 35%)

my brother got 5 hr energy which also had 25% - 35% taken off but not sure how much since he paid for that seperate
not to mention I had coupons for the tyson, south beach and playtex!!
I was super excited and just had to share.

The S. Richey store is one of the stores that Kroger is closing. There was an article in the Houston Chronicle recently about some stores being updated and I think 2 that were being closed.
