The wording in the ad says "$4 off at checkout when you mix and match any participating P&G products using your shopper's card. $4 savings is on non-Proctor & Gamble products in your purchase. All purchases must be made in a single transaction."

So, according to that, you do not get $4 off if you are only buying P&G products. The labeling in the ad, however, also indicates $1 off most of the P&G products when you buy 4 (which amounts to $4 off when you buy 4 products). Soooo, does this mean you would actually get $8 off if you purchased 4 of the P&G items as well as $4 worth of non-P&G Items?

Based on my transaction yesterday, no. You only get $4 discount taken off, and my receipt looks similar to other Mega sales. Of course, you are welcome to try and explain your logic to them - If it succeeds let me know!

I didn't notice the statement that the discount is to be applied to non-P&G products, but fortunately it was a pretty moot point for my transaction. Thanks for pointing it out!

And I am not understanding how Aussie/ Herbal Esssence is coming out to be a good deal. $1.94 - Bogo so $1.94 for 2. Then if you can use $1 of that. So that would be $.94 cents for two right? Which isn't a bad deal at all but I don't see how you are getting it for free?
