Kroger TX/LA - Very important BAD NEWS!

I just went this Sunday and I was able to us the eQ's and the paper ones. I didn't really know about this change so I guess to harm no foul. But I will need to be more careful from now on.

Imagine my surprise today when I went to my Kroger, and the cashier kept handing back my paper coupons. I asked her why she is giving them back, and she said it was because I'd already used an e-coupon for that item, and combining was not allowed. I told her I'd been doing it that way for years, and she simply told me it was not allowed.

WELL, I started pulling all those items out of my purchase and giving back to her, told her to credit me for the items, I no longer wanted them. She changed her tune a LITTLE bit and said she'd allow it for today only but it was no longer permitted.

OK! Now I read the posts and see I'm kinda late jumping on this band wagon! Still annoying.

Yep, kroger just keeps "winning friends and influencing people" with their new policies ... that, allegedly, save us $$$ ... They obviously don't shop with many Qponers!
