If you go to cellfire and load at least 10 coupons to your Kroger card, you will be rewarded with a $1 coupon added to your Kroger card for anything on Tuesday November 16th (when cellfire will reset with new coupons too!)

Not only that, by loading at least 10 coupons to your Kroger card, you will also be entered for a chance to win 1 of 5 Thanksgiving turkeys (up to $25 coupon at Kroger stores).

You just have to load the coupons, not actually use them!

I got one too, and mine came off just fine yesterday. Even said YOU WON $1 on my receipt.
Definitely contact Cellfire, I'm sure they'll fix that for you.
