Okay folks.... when I load coupons to my Kroger card they never come off at the register (and I am buying the right items) Has anyone else experienced this? And if so, is there anything that you can do to fix it? I ask at the customer service booth inside the store and they don't have any solution - they just say anything to get rid of the customer - that, or they don't even know you can load coupons to your kroger card and it's news to them.... so what do I do? I have gone a really long time just passing on those deals but it's frustrating. Has anyone else had this problem and was able to figure out how to go about fixing it?

Maybe check your Kroger account to make sure you didn't enter your card number incorrectly. Maybe even re-doing your account might work. I had trouble with P & G qs not coming off when I selected them from the p & g sight, but when I loaded them from the Krogers site, they seem to work fine. One other thing, the self checkout won't recognize the alternate id. So if you are using your alternate id rather than your actual card at self checkout, the electronic coupons won't come off. Alternate id should work in a regular checkout lane. HTH!

Is this a problem only with coupons loaded from the Kroger site, or is it also Cellfire, aol.com, and other loadable sites? You can view the coupons loaded from the Kroger site, after you log in, then click on "my coupons". I don't like the way that Kroger loads the q's, to me it's confusing but that shouldn't keep the ecoupons from coming off. They are deducted as the item is scanned, not at the end of the register tape, and you can only get one ecoupon per item (you can't double-dip anymore, but I'm guessing you'd be happy with single-dipping). I *think* it takes an hour or so before the q's are active, after you load them to your card. If it's only the Kroger e-q's that aren't coming off, I would contact cust service at the toll free #, I've never had much luck asking questions at the service counter, they've never been much help with q related questions.....Also make sure the card # you're loading to is the same card you're scanning at the store.

Did you get a $1.00 catalina back for buying the Muffin and Pancake Mix? You would have had to buy 2 in your order.

Print the .50/1 Campbell’s Chunky Soups.

The soup is .99 after Mega sale, so free after coupon doubled.

My kroger trip yesterday (copy/paste my post in another thread)

Sooo.....was supposed to be done with shopping this week but...had to hit kroger. Before you say anything, I paid for it with change I found in my car so....

    18- Honest Organic Tea-22.50
18- Campbells "cream of" soups (chicken and mushroom)-18.00
10- Del Monte canned tomatoes ( I use these in chili and to give HH some yum factor lol-10.00
4 -boxes of Quaker instant oatmeal-10.36
    2-Eckrich smoked sausage-3.98

That's 52 items, only the sausage was not part of the mega.

    Total 64.84
    -25.00 (mega discount)
    -(18) .50/1 tea q's (doubled to 18.00 so 4.50 in overage)
    -(6) 1.50/3 campbells IP
    -(2)1.00/5 del monte mfq
    -(4)2.00 quaker IP
    -(2) .55 eckrich mfq

OOP for 1.74 for 52 items!!!

Texxie - were you able to use all 18 of the tea coupons in one transaction???? At my kroger the register will only double 3 like coupons in one transaction. After that the computer automatically takes them at face value?

Just wondering.....good for you though....that was an awesome deal!!!!!!!!

    Honest T also has tearpads
The campbells she only needed 6 coupons so that is only 3 computers, we easily have that in our house(and that doesn't even count the droid phone!
