Does anyone know what the "requirements" are for the home flier coupons? I have never received a single one and have had a Kroger card for years. It is registered online and I spend about $300 there a month. ???
I have called CS and they transferred me 2x only to be hung up on or told I was not talking to the correct dept. I have e-mailed three times with only one reply. That reply was that it is an "automatic" thing, an donce you meet the requirements they send you the coupons. I am beyond irritated at the moment.

Mommie to 2 young boys! &3 naughty dogs
I would call and change either your phone number, your address (add drive etc), if you are of the age, add the senior discount, change your name (from maiden to married or vice versa).

Good ideas. Will do that right now.
^^ It worked!! Got some in the mail for the first time today!!!
Great news!
Thanks for updating
I did speak with the gentleman that handles the Kroger Plus cards and he told me some very interesting stuff.
First, they had to ditch a ton of email addresses etc when they went to a new system. They do not want to spam people (or be accused of spam) so you have to opt in to get information from them
Sencond, he stated there is a box to check on the application for the Kroger Plus card that opts you into mailings. He said most people don't check that box because they don't want to get junk mail, however, that means they will not mail you coupons either.
Third, people move and don't change their address with their Plus card, so your hard earned coupons are now rewarding whoever lives at your old address
Fourth, if you don't shop at Kroger, you most likely won't get coupons. The computer sends coupons based on your spending and shopping habits and if you never use your card, the computer won't pick you up as a coupon receipient

I started getting coupons after I emailed corporate and complained about a cashier who not only refused my winetags, but had the bagger unload my groceries to verify every coupon (although presented before she rang my order up) and acted like a 'cow.' The store manager send me a giftcard for the winetags that I was not able to use and since then, I've received their coupons. Sad, huh? LOL...
