So, it was my turn to do my deal today with the Q's I ordered from someone. I started out at my normal Kroger, but something went really wrong with the cashier, and it was alllll jacked up, but luckily it turned out ok and I paid $2ish less than I should have.
Ok, Transaction #1
3 Razors $6.63x3 = $19.89
3 Shave Gel $2.71x3 = $8.13
2 Quaker Oatmeal $1.50x2 = $3
Q's used:
3x $5/1 Razor = $15
3x FREE Gel WYB Razor = $8.13
2x $1.00 Quaker Oatmeal = $1.00
Total OOP should be: $5.89 plus tax.
Then I get $5 CAT back OYNO
Transaction #2

Well, the cashier, which - God bless her soul HAD to have been about 80 years old (not joking) was flustered because I broke this into 2 transactions. 
The first transaction, she rang up 3 razors, 2 oatmeal, and 1 gel. Why? Because she couldn't get the FREE Q's to work (it beeped for price, which I told her $2.71), and got mad, voided the other 2 gel's she'd previously scanned off, then she used all 4 razor coupons, the 2 oatmeal coupons, and I objected to the total, and then realized that she hadn't taken ANY of my FREE's off - but instead voided two....she then scanned a $5 razor coupon AGAIN, and said "that's all I can take off".
I objected and said that's not right - the store will lose the $, inventory will be off, etc. But to no avail. Line is backing up - so - I paid. I paid $3.81
Got my $5 OYNO
The second order, she rang up the razors, and the oatmeal and snackpak but then just shoved the 3 gels in my bag without even scanning them. I said wait I have to pay for those - she said no they're free anyway. I said um, but you have to turn in the coupons, and I haven't even given them to you.
So she won't take the Q's....I'm getting frustrated at this point - I was in the express line and it was now backed up (they had 2 open at the time - both empty when we started). So whatever. She takes my coupons, scans the razor Q's, then scans one again, and then the oatmeal coupon. I said wait - you didn't scan my $5 OYNO Q...she scans....now NEGATIVE $3.xx.
OY VEY.

So she goes "This is too much. This is all just toooo much. I can't PAY you!!" and then voids the OYNO Q and sticks them ALL in her drawer.
Well I am so confused, and she won't listen to me at allllll and so I'm like whatever (thinking to myself "I'll just go to CS to fix this" because I KNOW I should owe more $ than that) and paid $1.28. NO CAT printed, because I didn't hit the $25 mark due to her not scanning the gels.
Total OOP $5.09, but should have been $7.28 plus tax I believe.
Anyway, head straight to CS, the store manager happened to be there. You know, the suit guy.
I explain what happened, and that not only am I missing a CAT, but the store was shorted $ it deserved, coupons it needs (so they can be reimbursed) and their inventory is going to be off.
We go over this a few times, I pull out my calculator to show him (they didn't have one at the desk. Weird.). And tell him I owe him like $2 more. And they owe me a $5 CAT.
He says "I'm ok about the inventory, the coupons I don't care about and the $2 bucks won't kill us - are you good?"
And being SO confused at this point
, I just said "ok" thinking I came out $2 ahead of where I should be. 
Drive to the next Kroger to see if they had more razors, and realize - I am short my 'seed' money (the CAT). Gah!
So I call the store, explain to the girl (who witnessed it all and knew what was going on) I need the CAT the cashier put in her drawer because A) she voided it anyway, and B) it's rightfully mine because had she done it correctly I would've walked out paying $2 more and having the CAT - but the mgr said the $2 is n/a so now I just need my CAT. She goes, gets the CAT, holds it for me....I drive ALL the way back across town, pick it up, and then do my 3rd and final transaction at store 2.
Then I needed a nap, but I had to go watch my girlfriend's kiddos. 
I will be avoiding said older lady cashier from here on out! I will wait in line even if hers is free to avoid this kind of hassle in the future! Plus, I felt so bad, it probably ruined her day and stressed her out terribly - I told the manager that I was sorry, and that I didn't want her to get in any trouble, I just didn't want the store to lose money, either. Sigh.
