I thought the 4.00 shick eQ was only if you bought the razor AND a refill. did i read that wrong?

It's worded strangely...the heading says "Save $4 on Schick Hydro Razor and Refill", but the fine print says "When you buy any (1) One Schick Hydro Razor or Refill and Save $4"...It works on one, so I'm going with that :)
