Haven't been today, but no problem with this last night at Rosenberg Kroger.
I have had a terrible week in couponing..first Walmart, now Kroger! I have always used the e coupons and paper coupons together. Today I went to self check out and used the Iams $4/1 I had plus the ecoupon came off, and I bounty $1.50/1 plus the ecoupon. The ecoupons came off and I gave my coupons to the cashier and they came off. I also had 2 of the $3.00 off of your next purchase coupons with that. My total showed around 10.00 but then bumped back up to 16.00 and both were soo wrong. So I paid and went to customer service to figure out what happened. I did the math, as well as the customer service woman and everything should have came out to be around $3.00! (I had a few other items) I talked to the manager and she said e coupons and paper coupons could not be combined. I got frustrated at that point and returned everything..lost my coupons.I need a new Kroger that accepts both. Anybody else having problems using both? Any good coupon accepting Kroger in the Tomball/Spring/Magnolia/ N. Houston area??

I've had ecoupons disappear after running through a paper q....sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't....so I think it must depend on the coupon and item. Lately the items I've bought it works, but the one I KNOW that didn't work was the first one I ever did on Purina dog food about 5 months ago
If it isn't free.....it isn't for me!
I've noticed that now when I download the e coupons there is a line that says more info, when you click on that it tells you that e coupons and paper coupons can't be used on the same item. I figured that day was coming so I've not tried to use both. I'd rather my paper coupon double unless the e coupon is of a higher value.
Curious how it's working for everyone. Has anyone else noticed the new wording?
I noticed that last week.
It's always supposed to be that way--one coupon only, either the paper or the ecoupon, but their registers just didn't catch it. Frankly, it was just too hard to remember what was loaded to my card, and tired of printing list, which i never had time to check at store anyway, so if it came off, it just came off. I've hardly had ecoupons come off anyway, since i don't always buy those products at kroger etc.
I guess they are getting smarter registers now.
No, no, money

I THINK it worked at my krogers but NOT positive. I shop at the Krogers in Cypress.
My ecoupons worked with my paper coupons on Saturday at one of the Kroger's in Irving.
It worked for me in a Kroger in Orange sorry it didnt work for you
I shop at the Kroger on Rayford Road in Spring (about 3 miles east of I-45) and have never had a problem. I have not tried to use both MQs and e-coupons in a couple weeks, but I did not have a problem using both for the NV catalina during the mega deal a couple weeks ago.
