Kroger TX/LA: Super Double Day is a coming!!

Just got back from Kroger and the CSM told me that the Super Double Day is coming this week!! She was fuzzy on all the details but said all the info will be in Wednesday's new ad!! Wahoo!!! Let's get the match-ups going fellow couponers!

How sure was she on this? I know last year there was a lot of talk about them doing another one, but it never came to fruition.

She said they had a big meeting a few days ago on how they were going to handle it so it would run smoother than last year so I would say she was 100% sure although I heard all the talk as well and then na-da. The only other info was she thought it would be for 3 days and not just the one and that it would be double coupons up to $1, so 75¢ coupons would be $1.50 & $1 would be $2 & so on. She she was unsure of that info I didn't post it but since you asked I will share. I know that some people that toss newspapers get the ads on Monday so hopefully someone will fill us in on the details.

That's awesome, how exciting!!!! I guess it's time to start working on a spreadsheet then. I will run by my favorite Kroger tomorrow to see if I can get any sort of specifics.

Oh man I would totally have to order coupons since I stopped coupon hardcore for the month of July leading up to my vacation to save money for the trip... ACK! My binders are bare!

I took a few months off from couponing, so I need to order coupons too if there is going to be a big doubles sale. I don't even know where to start!

I'm really hoping that it will be the same weekend as last year, which was after the P&G sale was over. That would give us almost two weeks to prepare!
