Does Kroger double their coupons? I cannot find out this answer anywhere. Thank you.
not sure if this answers your question, but say you bought 5 packages of Charmin 9 mega roll and had 5 of the most recent PG inserts that were for $0.25/1 Charmin 9 mega roll, and had cut out the Q from each of the 5 inserts.
You would have 5 "like Qs". If the store allows "3-like Qs to d/t in same transaction," 3 of them would triple as long as you bought the Charmin 9 mega roll. Of the remaining two, if the store allows "4-like Qs" in a transaction, then the 4th would be at face value and the 5th would not be accepted.
However, if you had 3 of the $0.25/1 Charmin 9 mega roll AND 2 of the $0.50/1 Charmin 9 mega roll, and the store allows "3-like Qs to d/t," then all of them would double or triple because you have "3-like" of the 25¢ and "2 like" of the 50¢.
(ps-- I made up the Q, don't know if there's a real one for those amounts or not)
Hope I didn't totally confuse you! It's been a while since I looked, but I recall ZM having some good examples in the FAQs/Coupon Acceptance Policy Thread. They might give you a better explanation than I.

I copied this from the QA sticky
Does Kroger double/triple coupons?
Yes, Kroger will double coupons up to .50 and triple coupons up to .39. They double and triple coupons EVERYDAY.

Question: If I have 5 - $1 coupons for say Planter's Peanuts can I use those 5 q's and get each of those $1 q's taken off? I have done this for years and never really paid attention until reading some threads asking about Kroger's coupon policy.
Thanks!!
How much do Ithee? Let me count the coupons
Yes!
My Kroger will double 3 like coupons up to $.50 and triple 3 like coupons up to $.39. After that they are accepted at face value. It has been my experience that they will take as many like coupons as you have. The most I've can recall using in one transaction in 40 like coupons (the electrosal deal last year).

Welcome back boo! It depends on your store, there is nothing in the written policy excluding the use of 5 likes but some store managers impose a 3 like limit on coupons, regardless of doubling/tripling

Do the little kiosk take coupons? I am not sure what you call it, but if I want to ring up my groceries myself can I ring up my own coupons or will a cashier have to help?

When you finish scanning your groceries the self check out asks if you have any coupons. When you push the yes button then it say to give all coupons to the cashier. So yes they have to intervene but I find it very easy none the less. At least that's how it is here in Acworth and probably in all of Metro Atlanta. Don't know about Tx & LA. But you're here so that's why I answered your question.![]()

Thanks for answering! I went to Kroger last night and had no problem, but I went through a regular check out. I did go to Kennesaw Walk Publix last night also and the cashier told me .50 cent coupons don't double, lol. Funny because they DID double on my receipt.
