OMG OMG OMG!!! Prevacid Loadables at Kroger!

Anyone besides me haveing trouble with the loadable coming off. I went today just to get the prevacid and the loadable didn't come off. Just cancelled the order. I put it on my card yesterday. It says they are on you rcard and ready to use in an hour????

I also had problems w/ the loadables not coming off. Tried at 3 different Krogers and double checked and they are indeed loaded. Guess I'm just gonna give them a call.

I went to the Kroger site and printed out a list of q's on my card. Think I can just take that to customer service when it doesn't come off and get my money back?

Thanks for posting about the MQ's coming out...now I can get in on this deal! My Kroger will not accept any IP's over $1, but I'm set if I have regular MQ's.

Suggestion for you:
ON many of these printables you have the option to have them mailed to you. You should see a link toward the bottom of the screen before you hit print that says something like "having trouble/need help"
When they mail the coupons to you, they are on official paper with the coupons.com logo and seals on the backside. Your store might be willing to take these because they look more authentic than what you would print from your own computer.

ANYWAY...I found the Previcid rebates in the USA Weekend ($4 Q and up to $25.99 rebate) and the Parade (50% off Previcid 24 hr) in todays paper!! HTH Some of you!

I called Kroger about the loadable q for the Prevacid and they said the loadable was coded wrong and just go ahead and purchase it then call them back with the information and I would be reimbursed. I just made a printout prooving the loadable was on my card and took it to customer service and they gave me my $6.00 in cash.

Wonder why they messed with it.
I went out the day I posted this and did the deal and they both came off no problems.
Then, my friend let me use her card the next day to get more and again they both came off no problems.

Now, everyone is reporting they are not coming off, so why did Kroger go and try to fix something that wasn't broken:shrug7:

Because they want to be a PITA. I emailed them about the detergent and Prevacid q's not coming off with ALL of the info they always ask for, then they still sent me back the same form email asking for everything I'd already sent them. So, I had to go through and retype all of it. UPCs, card number, what tab the q's show in, etc etc. It seems like the q's come off fine a week or two and then don't again for a while. Not really sure what's making them so unreliable, but it's getting old!

I went today to buy the Prevacid, All & Wisk Detergent... and guess what?? All my loadables came off! I had tried 2 other times to buy the Prevacid and my EQs did not come off, so it looks like they fixed the problem.
SO go out and get your Prevacid

And yes I used Manf Qs along with the EQs and it came off fine.

i GOT MY free medicine. It had a $4 peelie on it but I already had a $6 kroger catalina. I guess it would be cool if I find a rebate form.
