News Uh-Oh Potential Maritial spat between Kroger and P&G

Yikes!
Might be harder to get P&G deals at Kroger in the future

P&G and Kroger are competing now more than ever - Business Courier of Cincinnati:

Procter & Gamble, maker of Tide and Pampers, launching Web site mainly to study its customers

Thanks goes to dealznstealz at SD for the article links

Interesting. I wouldn't buy HBA type things online. There's no way they could beat deals, especially at drug stores. And it is not nearly as fun shopping online when you can't hand over a fistful of coupons and simultaneously wow and piss off everyone standing around you.

Even if I didn't use coupons, I would never buy HBA online- can you imagine shampoo spilling every where inside the box? Exploding hair dye? Or Dh calling me from the bathroom to tell me we are out of TP, and I respond with " just a sec honey, I'm ordering some online now":shrug7:

I wrote Kroger last month, telling them they & PG need to play nice, or I'd be taking my PG purchases to Randalls and other competitors ... IF I wanted store-brand, I'd buy store brand ... I'd rather get name-brand cheaper!
Plus, on shopping things, I want IMMEDIATE gratification ... don't want to have to wait a week or two to get what I paid for .... didn't like "mail order" when it was done snail-mail; I want to pick up and examine what I buy, put it in my cart, AND take it home the SAME day.
Then, again, I'm "old-school" on a bunch of stuff.
