I forgot to hand cashier a few coupons and then my IPs were not accepted! I went to inquire at cust. svc. desk and was told that was incorrect. He refunded the money on a 3 but I couldn't locate all my other IP coupons at that moment so I walked away thinking I had dropped them somewhere. My total was WAY more than I expected! Bummer.

I had the same thing happen on my smaller/second trip. If it would have happened on the one where most of my qs were IPs I would have fought it hard. I just love how the cashier said things like "We've never accepted them" even though I used 20$ worth two days before. She also claimed that "We don't get reimbursed for those." Really??????
Here is their policy, for future reference: Kroger
The Kroger Coupon Acceptance policy is a wonderful thing to carry on you. There's no better feeling that being able to PROVE that your coupons, etc. are legit than by pulling out a piece of paper from their own website!
