I think she is actually asking the shelf life of 2 liters because they are NOT nearly as long as cans.
The shelf life for diet is even less. After about 6 mths, you can definitely taste a difference in the diet, the regular lasts a bit longer, but I would not stock more than an 8 mth supply unless you don't mind drinking flat soda.
A couple years ago when coke was giving coupons for the Olympic games, I had a bazzillion 2 liters and they did go flat before a years time and some had to be sacrified.

The Diet dps I purchased today have a mid dec date on the caps, so that is the date they are guaranteed freshness, else Dr Pepper bottling will be hearing from me

Oh, and for those that don't have a store that takes more than 3 coupons, if you do three at a time it is .60, so really only .20 more for the 5 than if you do 5 at a time.
I know, I know, the things we can do with that .20 BUT I don't want to drive to katy to get all my soda, so I think I am going to get 3 at a time at the store I know has the coupons!

I was just at Kroger on Tuesday getting the 2 liters with my $1/2 tearpad q's, and didn't find any bottles with coupons on them- just the 'football' bottles.

I haven't found any in my area of NW houston. anyone near 77065 find these yet? or maybe the one in porter or Humble @ 1960/59? Willis?? lol We go through at least 8 bottles a week, and that's just the diet! Katy would actually be a little closer I think but I don't know my way around Katy. TIA
