Anyone had trouble w/ their P&G and Unilever loadables?

Last week I bought Lipton tea bags and Downy fabric softener and neither of my loadables came off.

I have purchased several other items this month, and all of my Unilever loadables have come off. But when I was looking at my P&G account, I saw that none of them have come off since this last reload. Bounty was still there, Pringles - stuff I always buy, so that should have come off a long time ago. Now I don't have those receipts, but I did write to them and tell them about it. Unilever loaded a credit to my card and it came off today, P&G said they loaded a credit also, but it didn't come off. This is just weird. I bought Knorr dry soup today and that loadable didn't come off either!

Is anyone else having trouble with these? Believe it or not, my ShortCuts actually DID come off this time, lol.

the last time i bought the Pampers Easy Ups, the P&G loadable did'nt come off.:shrug7:
