Here is a copy of the email Ruth just sent me!! She works in Consumer Affairs in the SW Division office. I am also going to send her a copy of the email I send to Shortcuts' advertisers/retailers about shorting customers ... already warned her ... and will be changing that letter (which haven't gotten sent out yet, was waiting on this result)!!

Now I know why it came back I had perk instead of pers. [why her email this morning was returned to her]
By this weekend, all scanning systems in all of the Texas locations should be back to the limit of 3. Some are already there, but the honest answer is not all of them have been changed back yet.
Thanks again for taking the time to give us your response. We know that there are several options for customers to shop I this marketing area, thus I want to make sure I say thank you for choosing to shop at Kroger.
