I purchased eight qualifying items and the $4 instant savings only came off once. Had to go to CS to get the other $4. Probably because of Super Doubles reprogramming. Check your receipt carefully before leaving!

That was the first thing I noticed before they started deducting my coupons that the $4.00 did come off my total 2 times for a total of $8.00. I also had planned on the Fuel for School rebate so I was originally purchasing 10 items. Three of my 10 items were the Pop-Tarts, and an extra box of cereal that I was afraid didn’t qualify for the $4.00 off. So, I just ended up buying 12 items, to be sure, and just threw in 2 of the Nutri-Grain Eggo waffles. What the heck, what’s two more!

UGH! I just got home and I knew something had to be off on some of my transactions. I literlly just sat down to figure it all out and I'm betting that's what it is. Thanks for the heads up. At least I know what to look for now.... I really don't feel like going back up there right now - it was a mad house there! (Plus, I avoid shopping on the weekends normally at all costs anyway.)

I did this deal several times with 8 items, and both $4 discounts came off each time. You may want to check your qualifying items- the eggos were really confusing to me.

Yeah, I wondered if I had the right qualifying items but the CS lady scrutinized my receipt /items carefully and said that I did get the correct items and said it was probably with their registers since changes were made to accommodate the Super Doubles. It even failed to take it off on my second trip. So back to CS I went. Got my second $4 refund! :)

I *thought* I had purchased the correct 8 items to qualify for two four dollars off, I only received one of the $4 discounts; after getting home and double checking my receipt/items, I saw that I had purchased the wrong Eggo items. My fault, not Krogers. It was still a good trip!
