Problems with Loadables???

Have any of you all had any problems with the new loadables? I went to Kroger yesterday and neither my shortcuts or cellfire came off but the Bringing Hope coupons did.:shrug7: I've been having problems with the shortcuts the last few trips and I've received credit once I emailed cs (which by the way didn't come off). It wasn't like I was trying to double dip on the savings either (ie use .75/2 brownies from sc and .75/2 from cf). I lost out on almost $5. I haven't contacted either company yet, I wanted to get some opinions first.

Any suggestions?

I can't even load on to Cellfire. It keeps telling me that my # doesn't match whatever. I have used it before and now I can't. I have even emailed them twice and have not heard back.

I had the same problem yesterday with shortcuts and cellfire and I haven't had this problem before. I haven't contacted either company but I will probably try shortcuts for sure b/c a friend of mine did and they credited the coupon amount on her Kroger card for the amount of the coupons that did not come off.

I had trouble last week when my cellfire ones didn't credit. have to look for it and write an email too.

Glad to know I wasn't the only one having problems. It must have been a glitch or something.

I have been having problems with cellfire and pgesaver the last month or so. I sent an email via the pgesaver site and received credit; however, on the next trip to the store, only one coupon for a product was deducted not the credit coupons and about six other regular coupons. I emailed again about two weeks ago, and I have not recieved a response.

The problem obviously is not related to products (not right product, double dipping, etc.) because the credit coupons were not even applied. The card also must be correct and linked because I received credit for one of the products. Additionally,the coupons were for any product in the brand line, so it cannot be because I did not get the correct size.
