Kroger (Texas/Louisiana) ~ Good Deal: Grande Tortilla chips and beef coupon

sorry if this is a repost. Grande Tortilla chips are still 2/$4. If you still have it there is a $1 coupon. Plus, peelie on some of the bags for $2 off "beef". No limit from what I can tell on what "beef" is.
This goes good with the $.99 Angus Ground Beef I got today.

If you want to buy the Wholly Salsa / Guac deal, there is a q for $3. off chips wyb 1 wholly product. Makes the Grande Chips free! I did this great deal several days back. I used my $2 off beef Q's on the Smoked Beef Sausage that was BOGO for 4.69. Used 2 q's, got both for .69 cents. Got total of 8 of those. I also used the $2 off beef on Oscar Mayer Beef Bologna for cheap sandwich makings.

Where are these Grande Tortillas found? I've looked at several Kroger stores and haven't found them?

I'm in North Richland Hills (north FTW) and found them each time I was looking in the chip isle.
