    QUESTION Who do I call?

    To rave about awesome customer service from a store manager? I had a great experience tonight, after I got off work, I went to three different Kroger's to find some cinnamon rolls and crescent rolls to use to get the Pillsbury cat. The manager stopped what he was doing, grabbed his scan gun, and checked to see if they had any in the back (they didn't). I had only gone up to the service desk to get a raincheck, but he checked for me to be sure! He then wrote out my raincheck for 23 of each of those , and then said they were getting in a truck the next day. He asked me to call and he would set aside 23 of each before they put them on the shelf and put them under my name and I could come pick them up later that day. Totally awesome! So I want to make sure he gets raved about to someone higher up or someone who could let him know what a great impression he made!

    Before you rave, I would wait to see how tomorrow goes. If I a nickle- for every promise from management.

    But the 1800 number is on the back of your card.

    I'd email corporate. When I did this,I started receiving Kroger coupons in the mail. :)

    Did you get your rolls?

    I think the warehouse was out and they cut every order. I've never seen my store depleted like that- ever.

    I did not! They were totally out, when I called, he apologized profusely saying that none were on the cold truck he ordered. I will just wait until later in the month or so until I am able to stock up. Thankfully, the Cat will go on until the 29th right?

    Well, I'm glad he tried and followed up.

    I think we're all gonna get them later in the month! I'm not sure of the exact date, you can check the catalina forum but it sounds right.

    It was a Kroger snafu. It wasn't greedy shoppers it was Kroger cutting Pillsbury orders.
