X SawdustRd Kroger the Woodlands Tx going out of buisness

The store on Sawdust near 45 is going out of buisness. Their last day is Feb 28th. Right now there are certain departments at 25% off. I spoke with an employee and she says they will probably not go much lower because they can take the stock to another Kroger but if you live in the area it is a good "sale". I got peanut butter, shampoo, deoderant,Stacys Pita chips, taco shells vitamins, bandaids, tylenol, advil too much to name all with coupons and an extra 25% off.

How funny! I was just coming to post this! I stopped there on my way home from my mom's. But just like you said there are some great deals out there.

Yes they are taking coupons but there is a sign at each register about IP's saying "the store has a right to refuse yada yada yada."

It is getting emptier by the day.

Really? I was in that parking lot getting my hair cut on Saturday and I didn't notice. I love that store.

There are no signs outside just inside.
I actually had to ask because they are not restocking the shelves. the tops are empty as they condense down.

Wow, that used to be the only store around wayyyyy back in the day when I was little and we drove for what seemed like forever to make it to the store. Didn't used to be one on every corner like there is now!!

Oh the memories. I saw the title and though, "It must be the same store. How many Sawdust Roads are t here?" We used to live on the east side of the interstate, just a few years back .... so there is a store on that side too?!?! My my how things change.
