Kroger TX/LA Individual Stores Coupons Policy - Database. This is to create an unofficial database of the Krogers in our region. It will help us to have an idea of a store's policy before we go (of course its subject to change).
ZM will make this a Sticky all you have to do is list your store as follows:

# like Qs dbl/triple: 1 per day (forgot to ask "is that in 24 hrs or can I do it at 10pm, then 8am next morning?") -- forgot to ask if that is per customer, per card used, etc.
# of like Qs in a transaction: ... never really got a straight answer, once said 3 like in a transaction, 1st dbl/tpl, other two at face value
Accepts IPs: ... well, one of my insert Qs was badly printed (thank goodness had ad on other side!), but was told they don't accept "copied" Qs, so I'm guessing they stopped accepting them.

Oh and I'd like to add. This store does allow overages (as long as your total OOP isn't negative). I have gone to other Krogers who adjust the price of the coupon down instead of allowing overage. HTH!

Don't know what date this was effective. Mgr I was speaking to knew nothing about it until talked to other mgr at store. Was told reason was "because people were clearing off shelves with Qs, doing multiple transactions to get dbl/triple" AND "people using Qs and having overage when they finish, and cashier giving customer $." -- Wish if that part of the story is going to air on tv, they'd put which store location likes to give money back to customer, because it just cost me being able to do multiple transactions to dbl/trpl Qs.
(Apparently no one at that store read the part that says "coupon value can't exceed retail value of item", or I doubt there'd be many getting $ back at end of transaction.)
Asked for written policy stating only ONE Q PER DAY dbl/trpl ... got the same one that's supposed to be by the registers. Kept asking where the "per day" part was written, was told it's in the "right to limit quantities."
Let Mgr know that Krogers would keep my business, but not that location ... no hard feelings ... AND the item I was using it on wasn't even on sale -- at full price, using tripled Q, it came to $0.04, and I did not set the price!
